What personal information does Tastelab collect?
Tastelab collects and stores information in several ways from different parts of Tastelab ’s network of websites. Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, Tastelab asks for your name and email address. In addition to registration Tastelab may ask you for personal information and opinions at other times, including (but not limited to) when you enter a lucky draw, contest or promotion, or when you use any other service which may be accessed through www.tastelabgroup.com. Tastelab would like to use your name, email address and postal address (if you have so provided the same to Tastelab ) for marketing the commercial or non-commercial (charitable) activities, announcements, campaigns, events, exhibitions, invitations, offers, parties, promotions (including gifts, discounts and benefits), notifications and surveys relating to Tastelab ’ as well as the goods, services, activities and facilities of Tastelab ’s tenants, business partners and group of companies in relation to the promotion of various kinds of activities, facilities, goods and services including apparel, fashion and accessories and shoes for adult and children, food and beverage, jewellery and watches, beauty and cosmetics, health and wellness, personal care, art, lifestyle information, education, toys, entertainment and recreation, financial, banking, credit card, legal and accounting, medical, electronics, telecommunications, media and high-end consumer products and services.
With whom does Tastelab share information?
As a general rule, Tastelab will not disclose any of your personal information outside Tastelab and Tastelab ’s service providers (“Third Party Service Providers”) except when Tastelab has your permission or under special circumstances, such as when Tastelab believes in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. These Third Party Service Providers are under a duty of confidentiality to Tastelab and they are only allowed to use your personal information in connection with the purposes specified in this policy and statement.
